THE ASK: Bring more unique visitors to Barnes & Noble's eCommerce site. 

THE STRATEGY: Reach users of one of Barnes & Noble's biggest competitors, Audible, and get them to visit Barnes & Noble's site for their audiobook needs. 

THE WORK: Used comScore Digital's MyMetrix tool to find the main audience that Barnes & Noble is losing to Audible, researched the habits and interests of that demographic, and found opportunities for digital ad placements that would reach this current group of Audible users.
